Background

Building great products is one thing; making sure the day-to-day tasks of maintaining, supporting, and selling those products is something different. Experticity was great with the former, but struggling with the latter.

Challenge

Experticity’s marketing team needed a lot of proprietary automation to do their job effectively, but their software team always had higher priorities. Sales and cost-effectiveness were lagging as a result.

Solution

We jumped in, working directly with the marketing team to help them automate many internal processes, construct complex email campaigns with fully responsive designs, and test across all email clients.
